Terms and Conditions of Booking

      1. All stands will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
      2. Exhibitors selling food items must be in possession of a current food hygiene certification, you will be required to provide this along with public Liability insurance of (£10m).
      3. If an exhibitor does not provide proof of their current food hygiene certification before festival day, they will be refused entry to the festival and no refund will be given for stand fees.
      4. The allocation of the stands within the exhibition will be at the discretion of the organisers, although they will endeavor to meet exhibitors needs.
      5. All stands should be set up by 10.30am, 30 minutes prior to doors opening at 11am, we reserve the right to refuse entry to those arriving later than this.
      6. Doors for exhibitors to set up will be open from 9:00am, if you need longer than this allocated time, please contact us.
      7. All stands must be open and manned when the event open to the public (11am-4pm), stands must not be closed or dismantled during this time.
      8. No sub-letting of the stands or allocated space to you to promote another business is allowed unless prior authorisation is made with the organiser.
      9. Exhibitors who have not returned their signed form and made full payment will not be permitted to trade.
      10. Dates may be changed and events may be moved to different venues at our discretion or in unforeseen circumstances.
      11. Payment is due in full at time of booking, if you need to cancel your place a full refund will be issued if cancelled 8 weeks prior to the event, thereafter a refund will only be issued if we can re-sell your allocated space.
      12. The stand cost is for floor space only.
      13. If the organisers cancel the event a full refund will be made.
      14. The organisers will not be responsible for any damages or losses that may occur at the event.
      15. All goods and property brought into the event are done so at the owners own risk.
      16. The organisers will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents suffered in any way at the event by you, your staff or representatives.
      17. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons to the exhibition.
      18. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure you have insurance cover for your property and staff.
      19. Photos will be taken during the event and will be posted on social media sites and for other marketing tools.
      20. Promotion of confirmed exhibitioners will be made during the run up to the event for advertising purposes.
      21. As an exhibitor you will help promote the event through social media channels.
      22. The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
      23. We only accept three businesses of each type. We reserve the right to refund you and add you to a waiting list if your vendor category is filled.
      24. If the event cannot go ahead inline with government guidelines due to Covid-19 an alternative date will be sought and no refunds will be made unless the event is pulled altogether.
